Villa Tamaris is a 4-star villa with pool, placed in the centre of Povlja on the island of Brac. The traditional Dalmatian 3-storey house was completely renovated and opened for bookings in 2012. It accommodates comfortably 10-12 persons. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, sitting area with view to the pool and a double bedroom. The other 4 double bedrooms are placed on the two upper floors. There are also 5 bathrooms in the house, one separate toilet as well as a folding sofa which can be used as additional bed for 2 persons. The outdoor area includes pool with sun lounges, seating corner, dining table with chairs, fire place.
Villa Tamaris is placed at only 200 m distance from the sea and at 500 m distance from the nearest beach. The nearest grocery store, as well as the infirmary are only 200 m away from the villa.
Villa’s facilities: fully equipped kitchen – 4-ring electric hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee filter machine, microwave, mixer; air conditioning, satellite TV, internet, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, outdoor fireplace, garden furniture, sun beds, pool, baby cot and high chair are available upon request.

Payment conditions: 50% upon booking and 50% 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Prices include: daily rent, electricity, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, pool maintenance, tourist tax, VAT.
Extra payments:
Security deposit: 300 Euro.
Extra cleaning: 80 Euro.
Minimum stay:
7 days, from 15.06. - 07.09.2024., arrivals on Saturdays.
Other periods: 4 days, arrivals any day of the week.
