Villa Vana is a new built and modern villa placed in Podstrana at only 15 km distance from Split. It is in a good position to discover the whole Central Dalmatia (14 km to Omis – rafting, paintball…; Trogir, Baska Voda, Makarska, National park Krka…). The sea and the nearest beach are only 120 m away from the villa, the town centre is to be found at 1500 m. The nearest shop is 580 m away from the property.
Villa Vana spreads on the ground and first floor and has also an underground floor where the gym is placed (air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, toilet).
There are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the ground floor, a toilet/utility room (with wash basin, washing machine and dryer) and a kitchen, dining room and entertainment area (billiard table, darts, satellite TV) with exit to the two garden terraces. The first bedroom has a bed size 200 x 210 cm, air conditioning, remote controller for external blinds, internet connection and private bathroom (shower, bidet, wash basin, WC and hair dryer). The second bedroom has three single beds (120 x 210 cm), internet connection, air conditioning, 2 remote controllers for external blinds and can accommodate a disabled person in wheelchair with a caretaker, en suite bathroom (shower, bidet, wash basin, WC, hair dryer).
First floor comprises of two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, a separate toilet/utility room and kitchen/dining/sitting room. Both bedrooms are with internet connection, air conditioning, bed size 200 x 210 cm. One bathroom is with shower, bidet, wash basin, WC and hair dryer and the other bathroom has beside the shower also a bath tub. The toilet/utility room is with wash basin, WC, washing machine, iron.
The outdoor area includes, kids' playground, swimming pool with counter current swimming and the access to the pool is suitable for the disabled.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% 5 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, electricity, water, final cleaning, linen, towels, garden and pool maintenance, welcome pack, tourist tax.
Security deposit: 500 Euro.
Minimum stay:
7 nights in the period 17.06. – 02.09., arrivals on Saturday.
Other periods: 3 days.
