Villa Maestral was built in 2012 on the slopes of the mountain Kozjak near Trogir and the Split airport. The private property of 16000 m2 is completely fenced in. The nearest town center is 2 km away from the villa and there you’ll find the nearest grocery store. The sea and the beaches are at 6 km distance from the villa.
Villa Maestral offers a comfortable stay for up to 10 persons. Its position in a natural surrounding offers you to participate in the olive harvest or other activities in the olive garden on the property. Accommodated in this villa, you’ll have the possibility to discover the unique surrounding by simply making daily trips – the UNESCO towns Trogir, Split, the nearby Zadar, Sibenik, enjoy in the national parks of Krka, Kornati, Paklenica and Plitvice Lakes.
Villa Maestral was built in cascades and it extends on three floors. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen, dining room, living room (connected with the study / library area on the gallery), two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor there are a bedroom with private bathroom and an apartment with living area. The second floor consists of one bedroom, bathroom and gallery with twin beds. All rooms have access to the loggia / terrace / balcony area with garden furniture. There are 5 bathrooms on the property (4 in the house and 1 beneath the pool and gym), each with a private shower. The biggest bathroom on the ground floor has also a whirlpool bath.
The facilities on the property include also a private pool (fresh water, heated, massage features), sun deck, outdoor shower, wine cellar, gym, barbeque area, 2 garage places and 3 parking places outdoor, playground, “boccia” playground and large Mediterranean garden with olive groves and almonds.
Villa’s facilities: fully equipped kitchen – gas stove, oven, microwave, 2 x refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, coffee machine, various mixers, toaster; washing machine and drier, air conditioning in every room, floor heating, fire place, satellite TV, hi-fi, DVD, home cinema, internet, telephone, cell phone, iron, ironing board, hair drier, terrace furniture, outdoor fireplace, gym equipment; baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
