Villa Teodora is located at one of the most attractive spot along Adriatic coast, in the city Orebic, on the peninsula Peljesac. This villa is completely new and is situated at the beach. With infinity swimming pool with sea water, amazing garden and stunning view on the sea and the islands, this villa is truly amazing place to spend your holiday. Teodora has 3 levels: ground floor, first floor and the additional suite. Having 4 bedrooms (for 7 persons) and one pull – out sofa (for 2 children), villa offers accommodation for up to 9 guests. On the ground floor with high ceilings, there is a beautiful and spacious zone with glass walls where are situated perfectly equipped kitchen (oven, stove, fridge/freezer, ice maker, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, dishwasher) dining and living room with LCD TV, SAT/TV, Hi-Fi and DVD. On the ground floor, there is also a guest bathroom with shower. From the living room, the hallway leads to the double bedroom with private bathroom with the bathtub. This bedroom has a terrace with magnificent sea view. From the ground floor, marble staircase leads to the first floor where are two bedrooms, one with double bed and other with single bed. On the first floor, there is also nice bathroom with shower and large terrace with lounge furniture, where from guests can enjoy amazing view. A special part of this villa is an exclusive suite where are situated living room with pull out sofa (for 2 children), completely equipped kitchen, double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Villa Teodora is completely air conditioned and has Wi-Fi access.
Outdoor part of villa Teodora consist of amazing swimming pool with sun lounges and umbrellas, outside shower, BBQ in stone, terrace with furniture and beautiful garden with Mediterranean herbs. Villa also has private and secured parking as well as the private boat mooring.

Payment conditions: 50% upon booking and 50% six weeks prior to arrival.
The price includes: villa rental, towels and bedlinen, first, final cleaning and cleaning every 7 days, pool maintenance every 7 days or upon request, baby cot and high chair, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, outdoor parking place, welcome package
Security deposit: 500 Euro.
Minimum stay: 7 days in period 15.06. - 30.08.
01.06. - 14.06. and 31.08. - 13.09.: 5 days
Other periods: 3 days.
