House Nives is situated in Okrug Gornji, on the island Ciovo, connected with bridge to land, so it is easy to reach the house with a vehicle. The island of Ciovo is near to the city of Trogir, amazing town with rich cultural and historical heredity.
The house consists of two floors (170 m2) connected with outdoor stair case. On the first floor (90 m2), there are equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer and microwave, kettle), dining and living room (SAT/TV) as well with 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are double bedded (160 x 200 cm), third bedroom has twin beds (80 x 200 cm) and the fourth bedroom has bunk beds (80 x 200 cm). This floor also has 2 bathrooms and a large terrace with stunning sea view where you can enjoy peace and relax.
On the second floor (80 m2), there are also equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer and microwave, kettle) dining and living room (SAT/TV) and three bedrooms. Two of them are double bedrooms (160 x 200 cm) and one bedroom has twin beds (80 x 200 cm). On this floor, there are two bathrooms with showers. Entire house is air conditioned and has access to Wi-Fi. Outdoor area of the house has open fire place, outside shower and parking with 4 spots.
The ground floor and attic are not for rent.
The nearest beach is 70 m distant. The centre is 500 m away from the house, where you can find bars, shops, pharmacy and other contents.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% 5 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: house rental, use of all facilities in the house, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, tourist tax, VAT, Wi-Fi.
Security deposit: 150 Euro.
Extra cleaning: 120 Euro.
Baby cot and high chair: available on request.
Minimum stay:
05.06. - 27.08., 7 days, arrivals any day of the week.
