Villa Mlin was built in 2017 and is located in the centre of resort Novigrad, in Istria. Nearest beach is only 5 minutes away and various contents such as restaurants, bars shops etc. are only few minutes walking distance from the villa. Novigrad itself has rich cultural and historic heritage and 5 km away there is new and unique attraction for everybody - Aquapark Istralandia, so renting this villa is an optimal choice for fun and relaxed holiday. This house can accommodate 6 persons having 3 en-suite double bedrooms. Two of them have exit to the terrace. On the ground floor there are living and dining room as well as the fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, kettle) with exit to the covered terrace and swimming pool area. On this part of the house there are also situated toilet and utility room (with washing machine, clothes dryer and iron). Three double bedded rooms are situated on the first floor. Every room in this villa has LCD TV, A/C, heating and access to Wi-Fi. Particularly nice is outdoor jacuzzi for 4 persons that is on the roof top. Outside part of villa Mlin consists of fenced property, garden, swimming pool with 6 sun chairs and 1 big sun umbrella, portable BBQ, outdoor shower etc. Villa also has parking place for 3 vehicles.

Payment conditions: 50% upon booking and 50% 6 weeks prior to arrival.
The price includes: villa rental, use of all amenities in the villa, pool and garden maintenance, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, VAT, tourist tax and Wi-Fi.
Security deposit: 400 Euro.
Pets are allowed: 10 Euro/pet/day.
Minimum stay: 08.06. - 07.09.2024., 7 days, arrival on Saturday.
