Luxury villa Kalani, built in 2017, is placed in Mokosica in South Dalmatia. It is a modern villa with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms located 10 m from the sea, away from the hustle and bustle. Its amazing position ensures spectacular sea view and it is a perfect place for an unforgettable holiday. Large bedroom on the ground floor faces the sea. That way, sea is the last thing you will see before bed or the first thing you will see when you wake up.
When you step out of the villa, you immediately find yourself in a beautiful summer kitchen where you can prepare the meals for your family or friends. A few steps farther, there is a beautiful pool with roman steps surrounded by comfortable sun chairs, an ideal place to soak up some sun and to sip a cocktail. In case you want to take a dip in the Adriatic Sea, it is right in front of the villa. Restaurant and bar are only 200 m away, bank and post office are 100 m from the villa while the grocery store is 400 m away. Dubrovnik city, bus station and ferry port are at 9 km distance while Dubrovnik airport is 26 km from luxury villa Kalani.
