Villa Lena was built in 2014 at the top of the picturesque village of Milna on the island of Brac.
The centre of Milna with all the facilities as well as the sea and the nearest beaches are at only 100 m distance from the property.
This charming villa accommodates comfortably up to 8 guests. There are a total of 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin), 3 bathrooms (1 with bath tub and 2 with showers) and one separate toilette in the house.
Ground floor: kitchen, dining, living room (with pull out sofa – extra bed for 2 persons), bedroom with en suite bathroom and separate toilet.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms (each with en suite bathroom), small laundry area, balcony with beautiful sea view.
Outdoor area: garden, terrace with barbeque area, private pool with sun lounges and outdoor shower, 3 parking spots.
Villa’s facilities: fully equipped kitchen - 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, hood, mixer; washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV in each bedroom, hair drier, iron, ironing board, barbecue, outdoor fireplace, garden furniture, Internet connection (Wi-Fi), private pool.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 5 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: daily rent, electricity, water, final cleaning, linen, towels, garden maintenance, pool maintenance, tourist tax.
Security deposit: 300 Euro.
Baby cot and high chair: available on request.
03.06. - 09.09.: 7 days, arrivals on Saturday.
Other periods: 5 days.
