Villa Achillea is a new, cozy and comfortable villa on two storeys built in 2006 that is situated 2 km from the center of St. Lovrec and offers a comfortable stay for up to 8 persons.

This holiday house is situated in a quiet, sunny and elevated position in the hamlet Lakovici and is in an ideal position for trips and excursions to the famous Istrian old towns (Vrsar 15 km, Rovinj 17 km). The nearest shop is 2 km and the supermarket, shopping center, pebble beach, public bathing area and sports center are 13 km away. Villa Achillea is a comfortable, rustic and tasteful designed house with rustic style furnishings and exposed beams built with local materials (walls of white Istrian stone) combining the traditional and contemporary style. It is surrounded by lovely landscape with fields, meadows and olive trees. Its large garden with lawn and plants, L-shaped swimming pool and terraces provide the authentic Mediterranean atmosphere. On the ground floor is a large living/dining room, with satellite TV, DVD and exit to the garden, to the terrace and swimming pool, an open kitchen, one double bedded room with exit to the terrace, bathroom with, air conditioning and floor heating. Upper floor: one double bedded room with bathroom and exit to the terrace, two double bedded rooms with balcony, bathroom with shower and a separate toilet, air conditioning and heating. The villa has a large terrace with terrace furniture and deck chairs and a nice view to the countryside.
Villa Achillea has a sister villa that is also situated in the hamlet Lakovici – Villa Anthemis. It is very similar to Achillea and they can be rented together by larger groups of friends or family (up to 16 persons).
Villa’s amenities: living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen – 4 hotplates, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, BBQ, TV satellite, DVD, safe, fireplace, alarm, air conditioning, heating, baby cot available, swimming pool, parking (fenced, 2 cars), deck, garden, terrace with furniture.

Payment conditions: 50% upon booking and 50% six weeks prior to arrival.
Weekly prices include: electrical power, water, change of linen and towels once a week, tourist tax.
Extra payments:
Security deposit is 400 Euro.
Welcome pack: 30 Euro. Includes: mineral water, milk, coffee, tea bags, sugar, fruit juice, bread, jam/marmalade, margarine/butter, ham slices and cheese.
Minimum stay: 3 days; in July and August: 7 days (arrival on Saturday).
Swimming pool is open in the period 15.04. - 15.10.2013.
