Villa Lorela is built in 1805 and fully renovated in 2016 featuring a charming blend of traditional architecture with the surrounding Istrian inland. It is located in Kringa, at 20 km away from prehistoric Porec and 32 km away from the town of Rovinj and can accommodate up to 20 people, which makes it perfect for families and/or larger groups of friends.
Villa Lorela is fully air conditioned and contains 9 en suite bedrooms. It spreads on two floors.
Ground floor has fully equipped kitchen, living room (with a couch for 2 people – small children), a dining room for 18 people, toilet and one double bedroom. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms (one has an exit to the balcony) and 1 twin bedroom, all en suite. There is also a Finnish sauna for 4 people with a shower, game room (darts, treadmill, pool table) and utility room. The second floor contains 4 en suite double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Outside the villa guests can refresh themselves in a swimming pool (15 x 5 m) and there are also sun loungers, shower and covered summer kitchen with a BBQ and eating space for 18 people as well as garden of 1000 m². There is a parking space for 2 cars, but more cars can be parked on other location.
Villa’s facilities: coffee machine, fridge and freezer, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, TV/SAT, open fire place, hair dryer, darts, treadmill, pool table, iron, washing machine, hob gas, BBQ coal.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% six weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities, change of bed linen and towels, garden and pool maintenance, final cleaning, tourist tax.
Security deposit: 500 Euro.
Pets allowed (max. 2 pets): 10 Euro/pet/day.
Minimum stay:
High season: 7 days; day of arrival – Saturday.
During other periods arrival is possible any day and minimum stay is 5 days at request.
