Villa Vendi is placed in the centre of the small and tranquil village of Kremena. The house is placed in a good position for everyone who wants to relax, but also to have active holidays and discover the surrounding. Dubrovnik is at only 1 h drive distance and you can discover the whole surrounding by simply making daily trips (Konavle, Korcula, Ston, Medjugorje, Mostar, Neretva river). The nearest pebble beach is about 800 m away from the villa. There are some hidden beaches near the villa (600 – 700 m), while other beaches can be found in Klek and Komarna (3 – 5 km) and a sandy beach (kite surfing) is 15 km away. The nearest grocery store is 3 km away, but there is also a daily “store on wheels” (bakery with daily fresh products which passes through the tourist destinations) where you can purchase daily fresh bread and other elementary articles. The nearest restaurant is also 3 km away, while other services (bank, gas station, pharmacy) are at 7 km distance from the villa.
The property consists of 2 old stone houses, which were completely renovated and are today a combination of the traditional and the modern. Villa Vendi is ideal for larger families or groups of friends, who’d like to spend their holidays together, but still have their privacy. The houses are rented together (for up to 24 guests) and each house is suitable for up to 12 persons.
The larger house consists of three separate apartments and accommodates up to 12 persons. Each apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, micro wave, coffee machine) and living room, big double bedroom and bathroom. Each living room has also a pull out sofa which can be used as extra bed for two persons.
Ground floor – apartment 1 – fully equipped kitchen and big dining table made of oak wood, living room with pull out sofa for 2 persons and satellite TV and DVD, double bedroom with oak furniture, toilet with massage shower, view to the village.
First floor – apartment 2 – fully equipped kitchen and dining table for 4 persons; living room with pull out sofa for 2 persons and satellite TV with DVD, double bedroom, bathroom with bath tub, view to the village, the olive groves and the wood.
Top floor – apartment 3 – modern equipped kitchen, living room, double bedroom and bathroom with massage shower. View to the sea, pool and the olive groves.
The smaller house consists of two apartments.
Ground floor – apartment with kitchen, dining and living room (pull out sofa – extra bed for two persons), two beautiful double bedrooms, bathroom.
Upper floor – apartment with kitchen, dining and living room (pull out sofa – extra bed for two persons), two bedrooms and bathroom.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, bed linen, towels, tourist tax.
Extra cost:
Final cleaning: 170 Euro.
Security deposit: 300 Euro
Pets: 10 Euro/pet/day
Minimum stay: 7 days, arrivals on Saturdays. For the stays shorter than 4 days, surcharge of 30% is applied.
