Villa Ramona was built in 1757 and completely renovated in 2012. It is a comfortable villa with pool which accommodates up to 8 guests. The villa consists of two fully equipped houses connected with a covered terrace. Each house consists of ground floor (connected kitchen and dining/living area) and first floor (twin and double bedrooms). The outdoor area includes a private pool with sun lounges and outdoor solar shower, stone barbeque, covered terrace with furniture and uncovered parking place nearby the property.
The nearest grocery store, bakery, ambulance, beach as well as all other facilities can be found in Vrsar, at 8,5 km distance from the property.
Villa’s facilities: fully equipped kitchen – oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher; washing machine, barbeque, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet, coffee filter machine, safe, air conditioning, heating, fire place, baby cot available, private pool, parking, terrace with furniture.
