Villa Stolovi is on ideal place for nature lovers in search of tranquility and is ideal for a group or large family requiring a relaxing holiday in a peaceful, secluded location at 8 km distance from the sea and the beaches Duba. Alongside the Split- Dubrovnik highway, 10 km past Opuzen, a separate road leads to Slivno - Ravno where in intact nature you can enjoy wonderful walks, scents of various Mediterranean herbs, offering you a unique view of the sea and Neretva canal.
Outside contents: Massage swimming pool with summer terrace, deck-chairs, parasols…, playground for kids (swings, slide, seesaws…), bowls, tennis court, football field, secured parking spaces for all clients right outside the house.
Description of the interior:
There are 4 comfortable double bedrooms in the house and on the upper floor is a big double bed suite with a large pull out sofa for two persons. The suite is comfortable and spacious enough to accommodate 4 persons. There are 3 additional beds in the house that can be set in the bedrooms so the villa accommodates groups of up to 15 persons. All rooms are with sea view and the whole house is air conditioned.
On the ground floor there are one bedroom with bath, two toilets, pantry, dining room (big table for 12, chest of drawers), living room, sitting set, big satellite TV, air conditioner, DVD player, stereo, furnace, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove (oven included), big fridge (ice box included), microwave oven, coffee / water machine)...
The other bedrooms are on the upper floor. Two bedrooms are with their own bathroom and two rooms share one bathroom with shower. On the upper floor is also a sea-view terrace.
There is also wine cellar in the house filled with high-quality wine sorts of this region, rakija, olive oil, Dalmatian smoked ham, cheese in olive oil... Everything in the cellar is at guest's service with additional charge. The villa has several terraces offering shade and sun and all with spectacular views to the sea and the islands beyond. A large covered terrace with table and seating, built in grill and wood burning oven offers the perfect dining area.
*Villa Stolovi is big and spacious enough and on request it can accommodate even bigger groups (more than 15 persons), but in that case the prices and conditions of villa rental are changed.

Payment conditions: 50% upon booking and 50% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Prices include: electrical power, water, bed linen, towels, pool maintenance, tourist tax, jacuzzi, tennis court, football court, parking.
Extra payments: Security deposit is 300 Euro.
Final cleaning: 170 Euro.
Pets are allowed with additional payment: 12 Euro/pet/day, please contact us before booking.
Minimum stay: 5 days; day of arrival: Saturday. Surcharge of 30% applied for shorter stay.
