Villa Fortuna spreads on 4 floors and has a living space of approximately 500 m2. The living area includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, three bathrooms with shower units, one bathroom with bath tub, two separate toilettes, four double bedrooms as well as a spa area (Finish and Turkish sauna).
The whole outdoor area offers a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea and the Central Dalmatian islands as the house is located at 210 m above sea level. The exterior includes a private heated pool (open from May till end of October) with sun lounges and terrace.
Villa's facilities: fully equipped kitchen – stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher; washing machine, dryer, barbeque, phone, satellite LCD TV, video, stereo, DVD, fax, Wi-Fi internet, sea view terrace with furniture, sea view balcony, safe, fire place, alarm, air conditioning, heating, jacuzzi, baby cot available, garden, heated pool with sun lounges, Finish and Turkish sauna, 2 bicycles.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest one month prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, parking for 4 cars, SAT TV and radio programs, mobile phone with Croatian number to get in touch with the key holder or administration, use of sea loungers, steam bath and Finnish sauna, gym, baby cot and 2 baby chairs, use of Nordic walking poles, wood for barbecue, use of bathrobes and slippers, toiletries
Security deposit: 500 Euro in cash
Pets allowed: small: 25 Euro/pet, big: 50 Euro/pet
Heated pool: 50 Euro/day.
Minimum stay: in July and August 7 nights. Arrival on Saturday. Other periods 4 nights. Arrivals any day of the week.
Additional services (cook/maid) are available on request and with price surcharge.
