Located in the village Sudurad on the isle of Sipan near Dubrovnik area, villa Daniella offers everything one can imagine for a stress-free vacation in the Mediterranean style. The villa itself is placed in the middle of 7.000 m² big olive garden and is an example of passionate transformation of farmhouse into an authentic Dalmatian house. With stone details on the outside and beam ceilings inside the villa in addition to careful selection of colors inspired by fruit growing all over the island, guests will find it easy to be pampered by charming accommodation and other contemporary amenities villa Daniella provides like internet connection or infinity pool.
Villa’s facilities: TV, Wi-Fi, individually controlled A/C and heating, fully equipped kitchen (fridge with a freezer, oven, microwave oven, electric stove with 4 rings, kettle, toaster, dishwasher), laundry room (washing machine, dryer), table tennis, terrace furniture, safe, mosquito nets, BBQ area with summer kitchen, infinity swimming pool (15.05. – 30.09.).
The villa is suitable for up to 10 people and is comprised of 3 en suite master bedrooms, 2 smaller double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spacious living room and a dining room, laundry room, 2 terraces, summer kitchen and the barbecue area along the swimming pool. Villa Daniella is featured by soothing minimalistic décor while the property is adorned with a panoramic view of greenery and the sea. One master bedroom and one smaller bedroom are situated on the first floor while two master bedrooms are on the top floor and come with the antechamber. Lower terrace is right in front of the villa while the other terrace is upper, between the house and the pool. Parking is ensured for 4 cars.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% one month prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities, maid service (2 hours/day/2 times/week), concierge service, welcome pack, bed linen and towels, garden and pool maintenance, final cleaning, tourist tax.
Swimming pool is open 15.05. - 15.09.
Security deposit: in the amount of 1.000 Euro.
Pets: Not allowed.
Minimum stay: 5 days.
