Villa Morena was built in 2008 with respect to the traditional elements of Istrian construction. The villa is located in the tranquil surrounding of Gornje Baredine, on a beautiful hillside position with open sea view. The villa is placed at 10 km distance from the city Buje where you’ll find the nearest restaurant, post office, ATM, coffee bar and grocery store. The sea and the beach are 25 km away from the property, in Umag.
Villa Morena spreads on two floors and has a nice garden with pool.
Ground floor: utility room (washing machine, dryer, iron set, toilet, washbasin), double room with en suite shower room, dining area with exit to the covered terrace and pool area, fully equipped kitchen and living room with exit to the terrace and pool area.
First floor: double bedroom with en suite shower room, two win rooms, bathroom with bath tub, terrace.
Outdoor: private pool (8 x 4 m2, depth 100 – 150 cm), portable barbeque (gas), covered terrace with table and chairs, beautiful view of the vineyards, olive groves and to the valley, uncovered parking place for 4 cars.
Villa’s facilities: fully equipped kitchen – dishwasher, 4 ring electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, filter coffee machine, kettle, microwave; LCD/SAT TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, DVD, MP3, safe, washing machine, dryer, iron set, barbeque, covered terrace with furniture, parking, private pool.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, garden and pool maintenance, tourist tax, VAT.
Security deposit: 400 Euro.
Pets allowed only on request.
Minimum stay:
17.06. - 02.09.2023.: 7 days, arrivals any day.
Other periods: minimum stay is 4 days.
