Villa Rafaela is a charming property placed within walking distance from the Old Town of Dubrovnik. The traditional stone villa is surrounded by stone walls, high fences and electric gates which ensure protection and privacy to the guests. It is located in the centre of Dubrovnik so it offers a possibility for quiet and relaxed holidays but also a chance to discover the charm, history, cultural and entertaining offer of Dubrovnik.
Villa Rafaela spreads on two floors and has a big outdoor area. The ground floor consists of a living room, kitchen, toilet and master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and fireplace. All rooms have air conditioning and direct access to the main terrace. On the upper floor there are 5 double bedrooms, two of which have double beds that can be separated into single beds. There are also two bathrooms with shower and one toilet. All bedrooms are with air conditioning and wardrobes.
The spacious outdoor area includes a long furnished terrace with dining area (large table for 12 persons, stone barbeque, summer kitchen) and sitting/lounge area. The Mediterranean garden with olive, citrus and palm trees as well as with colorful flowers is the ideal place for a complete relax. The 10 x 4,5 m heated pool and the nearby pool house with bar, refrigerator and ice offer refreshment during the hot summer days. There is an outdoor shower at the pool and another toilet at the pool house.
Villa’s facilities: fully equipped kitchen – dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave; air conditioning in every room, satellite TV, DVD, CD player, free Wi-Fi, two washing machines, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, safe, barbeque, parking for 4 cars, terrace with furniture, heated pool with sun lounges.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% one month prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, final cleaning, tourist tax, Wi-Fi, garden and pool maintenance
