This magnificent holiday home is located in an elite and private residential area, at only 300 m from Dubrovnik Old City and Pile gate. The house was built more than 300 years ago and is now, after a complete reconstruction, available for rentals.
The nearest beach (rocky beach) is at 300 m distance from the villa, pebble beach is 1,5 km away, shop 80 m, bar 150 m, restaurant 200 m. The airport is at 25 km distance from the property.
Villa Mirela accommodates up to 14 guests in 7 bedrooms and is ideal for big families or groups of friends. The modern and spacious rooms are located on 6 different levels, surrounded by colorful garden. The main building has a stunning view to the Old City and the Adriatic Sea.
1st level apartments: studio apartment and 1 double bedroom apartment.
2nd level: meeting room equipped with screen and projector.
Outdoor: swimming pool and bocce field, garden with domestic vegetables.
Main building: professional fully equipped kitchen and barbeque, double bedroom with en suite bathroom. There is also the sauna with direct access from the garden.
There is also a living area with another fully equipped and modern kitchen, 4 bedrooms on two floors with double beds that can be separated in twin beds. Modern design is enriched with 300 years old ceiling drawing, revealing the history of this villa.
Many terraces around the villa offer comfort for each guest on the property and at the same time also gorgeous views.
The villa is fully equipped to make your stay on the property pleasant and relaxing: individually controlled air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, stereo, DVD player, full equipped kitchen – oven, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, kettle, garage (suitable for 4 – 5 cars)
Additional services on request: cook, breakfast, extra daily cleaning, babysitter, transfer, excursions etc.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest one month prior to arrival.
Price includes: Croatian VAT, tourist tax, use of all facilities in the villa, bed linen change and towels change once a week, garden and pool maintenance, internet, parking, house manager, concierge
Security deposit: amount of one night stay.
Swimming pool is not available until May 15 and from September 30.
Minimum stay: 01.06. - 30.09.: 7 days.
