Villa Cora is situated in Brzet, 3 km from Omis on a recently built property only 30 meters from the sea. Fenced garden with the sea view hides swimming pool and sunbathing terrace with 6 loungers and a parasol. Covered dining area with table, 10 chairs and a barbecue is the perfect spot to spend some quality time, while the kids can enjoy their time on the playground.
On the lower ground floor, you can find a study room (with TV and a sofa easily convertible into a double bed 180 x 140 cm), gym equipped with TV, sauna and a shower room. In the utility room there is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Outside steps lead from the lower ground floor to the ground floor terrace.
On the ground floor there is open space living and dining area with magnificent sea view through a large glass wall. In the fully equipped gourmet kitchen at guests’ disposal there are dishwasher, cooker and hob, freezer/fridge, microwave, coffee machine and plenty of kitchen utensils.
First floor consists of 4 double bedrooms, each with TV set and en suite bathroom. There are 6 bathrooms in total, all with showers and in 4 of them there is also a bath tub. When you step out of the master bedroom, you will find yourself on a large balcony with sofas and chairs.
The beach is only 100 m from the villa, closest grocery shop is 2 km away while ferry port in Split is 27 km away.
Villa’s equipment: A/C in every room, indoor fireplace, underfloor heating, SAT TV in every room, Hi-Fi system, CD player, safe deposit box, hair dryers, washing machine, an iron and ironing board, Wi-Fi, private parking lot, barbecue, garden furniture, gym, sauna, kids’ playground, outdoor shower.

The price includes: electricity, water, final cleaning, garden and pool maintenance, weekly change of towels and linen, tourist tax.
