Villa Carlos is situated in Brzet, 3 km distance from the center of Omis.
The villa was renovated in 2017 and can accommodate up to 10 people. The villa is only a few meters from the sea and therefore has an excellent sea view.Villa Carlos has a fenced garden and a heated swimming pool, with an outdoor shower. The garden has a barbecue and a covered dining area with 10 dining chairs.
The lower ground floor is reached by outside steps from the ground floor terrace above. It is a full height proper ground floor, built into the slope of the grounds.
It houses a study room, a gym equipped with a TV, a sauna and a shower room. In the study there is a TV and a sofa, which can be converted to a double bed (180 x 140). A laundry room has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Ground floor comprises a large living and dining area with a glass wall that offers a magnificent sea view. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. From the living room you can access the sun terrace with 6 sun loungers and a parasol.
On the first floor there are 4 double rooms (double bed 200 x 180 cm) with private bathroom. The master bedroom has a large balcony with sofas and chairs. There is a total of 6 bathrooms, of which all have a shower and 4 of them also have a bathtub.
The beach is only 100 m from the villa, closest grocery shop is 2 km away while ferry port in Split is 27 km away.
Villa's equipment: Air conditioning in every room, floor heating, indoor fireplace, SAT TV in every bedroom and in the sitting room (7 in total), Hi-fi system, CD player, safe deposit box, hair dryers, wireless Internet, private parking places, children’s playground with a teeter and a toboggan.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% six weeks prior to arrival.
The price includes: electricity, water, final cleaning, garden and pool maintenance, weekly change of towels and linen, tourist tax.
