Villa Leona is situated on the eastern coast of Istria. Villa Leona was completely renovated in 2017 with modern and beautiful furniture. It is perfect for private and peaceful holiday, either with a family or with a group of friends. The villa has 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom), 4 bathrooms with showers and it can accommodate up to 8 persons. Also, there are excellent equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, 3 gas and 1 electric rings, dishwasher, table, filter coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle) dining area as well as the living area with TV/SAT and the whole villa is air conditioned. Fenced property around villa Leona has a large and beautiful garden of 1000 m2 with private swimming pool, 8 sun chairs, sun umbrella, outside shower, kids playground, BBQ area built in stone and covered terrace with furniture and with the sea view. With all this and with magnificent view on the Adriatic sea, villa Leona is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
The nearest city is Labin, 15 km far away from villa Leona, where the shops are, as well as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bank, petrol station etc. The nearest airport is in Pula, 47 km away. Autocamp Tunarica is only 2 km away, having a possibilities to rent a boat, kayak or a pedal boat. Also, for those more adventurous, nature lovers and hikers we suggest nearby hill of Skitaca with wonderful paths and stunning sea and Kvarner islands views.

Payment conditions: 50% upon booking and 50% six weeks prior to arrival.
Prices include: villa rental, use of all facilities, final cleaning, change of linen and towels, pool and garden maintenance and tourist tax.
Pets: 7 Euro/day.
