Villa Rose is placed in town Bol on the island of Brac, at only 20 m distance from the famous Golden Horn beach. The villa is a traditional Dalmatian stone house, built in 1987 and completely renovated in 2011. Its position and decoration provide a special authentic atmosphere. The property of villa Rose is decorated with quality Dalmatian stone and it is framed with pine and vine trees as well as with other Mediterranean plants, which guarantee an intimate stay for the guests.
The property consists of a main house, big outdoor area and storage place.
The main house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining, living and a shower room. There are three double bedrooms in the house (two of them have a nice view to the olive garden, while one of them has a pool and sea view) and another bathroom with bath tub, extra bed. The living area and hallway are equipped with air conditioning.
The outdoor area includes: swimming pool, outdoor shower, parking place, terrace with furniture for 6 persons and barbeque.
Villa’s appliances: fully equipped kitchen – stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine; barbeque, satellite TV, DVD, air conditioning, heating, baby cot available, wireless internet, garden, heated pool, terrace with furniture, parking.

Payment conditions: 40% upon reservation and 60% 40 days prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, bed linen and towels changed once a week, pool maintenance, villa manager and concierge services, tourist tax, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, parking
Security deposit: 500 Euro
Pets are allowed only on previous request.
Minimum stay: 7 days in the period 03.06. - 01.09.2023., day of arrival is Saturday.
Other periods: minimum stay is 5 days.
