Villa Elda was built in 2010 and it is placed on a private property of 1800 m2. The property is placed at only 200 m distance from the sea and the marina Betina, while the nearest beach can be found at 300 m distance from the villa. The centre of Betina and the nearest grocery store are 300 m away, exchange office/ATM as well as fruit, fish, meat market and bakery are at 350 m distance from the villa. The gas station (1300 m), ambulance (1700 m) and drug store (2500 m) can be found in Murter. Airport Zadar is at 70 km distance.
The house spreads on three floors (ground floor and two upper floors) and has a total surface of 333 m2.
Ground floor – pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, fitness room, 2 toilettes, shower room, bathroom, dining room / kitchen, fire place, wash room.
First floor – two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms, balcony, computer corner.
