Villa Magud is located on the top hill of the village Bartici near Labin. Distance to the pebble and sandy beach is 6 km (in Prtlog). The grocery shop as well as other facilities can be found in Labin, 2 km away from the property. There is also a walking and bike path to Skitaca (2,5 hours).
Ground floor: connected kitchen (microwave, stove 3 gas, 1 electric, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), dining and living area (TV/SAT), exit to the covered terrace, air conditioning; toilette (washing and drying machine), double bedroom (bed 180 x 200 cm) with en suite shower room (hair dryer), air conditioning and sea view.
First floor: twin room with en suite shower room, air conditioning, sea view; double room with en suite shower room, air conditioning, exit to the balcony, sea view.
Separate Taverna: barbeque built in stone and summer kitchen with table and chairs.
Outdoor: parking, private swimming pool, playground for children, 3 bicycles.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, Bluetooth speakers, pool towels, tourist tax.
Security deposit: 300 Euro.
Pets are not allowed.
Minimum stay:
15.06. - 14.09.2024.: 7 days, arrivals on Saturday.
Other periods: 5 days, arrivals any day.
