This luxury house has glass walls and beautiful view on the sea and the surrounding nature. With its attractive and modern furniture, is an excellent option for relaxing and comfortable vacancies. Only 60 m away from the beach, situated in Teply bok bay, this superb villa is a place to be for a holiday of your dreams. The ground and the first floor are connected with wooden stair case. On the lower part of the villa there is a large living and dining area (105 m2) with SAT/LCD TV and an exit to a spacious terrace (82 m2) with belonging furniture and great sea view. Kitchen is also located on the ground floor with everything necessary to cook tasty meals (oven, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher) and a view onto the garden with Mediterranean trees and herbs. On the same area, there are also partially covered swimming pool (22 m2), sauna with shower and one separate toilette. For recreation, beside swimming, there is an indoor bike available. On the first floor, there are three ensuite bedrooms with double bed (180x200 cm) and exit to the balcony (4 m2) with beautiful sea view and one ensuite bedroom with two beds (90x200 cm) with balcony. Each bedroom has SAT/LCD and sea view. This villa also has covered parking for two vehicles.
For anything you could need, there are available concierge services. Grocery shops, bars and other contents are in Primosten, only 1 km away. For fun and active holiday, we recommend you daily trips to the cities of Sibenik, Trogir and Split, along with inevitable visits to the national parks Krka and Kornati.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, welcome package, housekeeping 1 x week (for minimum stay 1 week), change of linen, towels, beach towels (for minimum stay 1 week), final cleaning, parking, Wi-Fi, concierge service, sunbeds by private pool, sunbeds by shared infinity pool, sunbeds at the beach.
Price does not include:
Tourist tax - obligatory (1,55 Euro/day/person - for adults, for children 12 - 18 years 50% off).
