Vila Karla is located in a quiet bay Tepli bok 1 km away from Primosten. This attractive villa is part of the complex of 7 luxury villas located on the coast with access to the private beach.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room (SAT / LCD TV) with dining room (131 m2) and fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher) from which you can easily access the terrace (35 m2) with furniture and with a beautiful sea view. On the ground floor, there is also a toilet. From the upper terrace, you can step down to the lower floor with another terrace, surrounded by a garden with Mediterranean plants. From there, you enter the area with an indoor heated swimming pool (16 m2) that has the possibility of counter-swimming. On this lower floor, there is also a sauna with shower and fitness equipment (home bicycle, training bench). On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), SAT / LCD TV, French balcony and exit to the lodge (4 m2) with a beautiful sea view. The second bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), SAT / LCD TV, French balcony and exit to a loggia (3 m2) with a sea view, which is shared with a third bedroom. This third room is twin bedded (90x200 cm) and has a French balcony as well. The total area of the property is 380 m2 and incudes covered parking for two vehicles.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, welcome package, housekeeping 1 x week (for minimum stay 1 week), change of linen, towels, beach towels (for minimum stay 1 week), final cleaning, parking, Wi-Fi, concierge service, sunbeds by private pool, sunbeds by shared infinity pool, sunbeds at the beach.
Price does not include:
Tourist tax - obligatory (1,55 Euro/day/person - for adults, for children 12 - 18 years 50% off).
Daily housekeeping: 80 Euro per day
Pets are allowed: 30 Euro/day
Security deposit: 1.000 Euro
