Villa Elvira is situated in quiet and peaceful Tepli bok bay, 1 km from the city of Primosten. It is a part of residential complex of 7 luxury villas. The house is very attractive and modern with beautiful sea view, private access to the beach and can accommodate up to 6 persons. The ground floor has 2 levels (cascades). On the upper part, there are spacious (120 m2) dining and living area (with SAT/LCD TV), that have exit to the large terrace (40 m2) with furniture. That part of the villa consists of nicely equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher), utility room (with washing machine and tumble dryer) and one separate toilet. Amazing half covered rectangular swimming pool (24 m2), along with sauna and shower are situated on the lower part of villa. Swimming pool area also has comfortable sun lounges and fitness equipment- indoor bike and treadmill.
On the first floor, there are one bedroom with double bed (180x200 cm) and ensuite bathroom and another ensuite bedroom with twin beds (90x200 cm). Both bedrooms have SAT/LCD TV and balcony. On the second floor, there are one bedroom with double bed (180x200 cm) and ensuite bathroom, balcony and hallway that has access to the glass terrace (4 m2) with magnificent sea view. Villa Elvira also has covered parking with two places.

In the city of Primosten you can find supermarkets, bars, shops and everything else necessary for careless holiday or you can contact our staff. This complex has an ideal location due to the vicinity of cities of Sibenik, Split and Trogir as well with the national parks Krka and Kornati, great for daily trips.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Price includes: villa rental, welcome package, , housekeeping 1 x week (for minimum stay 1 week), change of linen, towels, beach towels (for minimum stay 1 week), final cleaning, parking, Wi-Fi, concierge service, sunbeds by private pool, sunbeds by shared infinity pool, sunbeds at the beach.

Price does not include:
Tourist tax - obligatory (1,40 Euro/day/person - for adults, for children 12 - 18 years 50% off).
Daily housekeeping: 80 Euro per day

Continental buffet breakfast upon request at price 20 Euro/person (children 3-12 yrs get 50% discount)
