This charming stone house was completely renovated in 2013 and is today a cozy vacation villa suitable for up to 4 persons. Traditional futures of the original building blend in perfectly with the new and modern facilities, providing all necessary facilities during your holidays.
First floor: kitchen, dining and living area with air conditioning, double bedroom with air conditioning, bathroom with bath tub, twin bedroom, shower room.
Outdoors: swimming pool, covered terrace with barbeque built in stone, fenced pool area, outdoor shower, parking.
Villa’s facilities: fully equipped kitchen (4 electric rings, kettle, coffee filter machine, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), LCD satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet, terrace with furniture, fire place, air conditioning, baby cot available, private pool with 4 sun chairs and 2 sun umbrellas, outdoor shower, barbeque, parking place for 2 cars.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, tourist tax
Security deposit: 200 Euro.
Pets are not allowed.
Minimum stay:
24.06. - 02.09.2023.: 7 days, arrivals on Saturday.
Other periods: 5 days.
