Apartments Branka

Apartments Branka are situated in Supetar on the northern side of the island Brac. Brac is placed between the mainland (Split) to the north and the island of Hvar on the south. It is known for its many small coastal towns like Supetar, Splitska, Sumartin, Sutivan, Bol, Milna, beautiful nature (pine woods, palm-lined promenades, secluded bays), beaches (popular 600 m long Golden Horn, Bol), sport and leisure facilities. There is an airport on the island (near Bol) and regular ferry lines that connect Brac with Split, Makarska and other neighboring islands.
Apartments Branka are a family house with 4 three-bedroom and 2 two-bedroom apartments. The owners of the apartment house have a ranch with ecological products (olive, vine, fruit and vegetables) which can be requested and purchased from them. The apartment house is situated in a residential area above Supetar. The grocery store is only 200 m, town centre 800 m, tennis court 150 m, pebble beach and the restaurant 350 m away. The house occupies a surface of 600 m2 and it is situated on a property with plants and greenery that is partially surrounded by a stone wall. All apartments are bright and tastefully decorated and have a sea view terrace/balcony with furniture. Outdoor is a barbeque and a parking lot is available near the apartment house.

Apartment A1 – 4 to 7 pax, situated on the ground floor: 70 m2, 2 double bedrooms and one of them has also a single bed, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and balcony.
Apartment A2 – 2 to 5 pax, situated on the ground floor: 59 m2, 1 bedroom (double bed, single bed) with exit to the balcony (12 m2), living room with sofa bed and terrace (20 m2).
Apartment A3 – 4 to 6 pax, situated on the ground floor: 62 m2, 2 bedrooms (French beds), living room with sofa bed and a covered balcony, separate entrance.
Apartment A4 – 4 to 7 pax, situated on the first floor: 70 m2, 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom + single bed, living room with sofa bed and sea view balcony.
Apartment A5 – 2 to 5 pax, situated on the first floor, 59 m2, 1 bedroom (double bed and single bed), living room with sofa bed and covered balcony (12 m2).
Apartment A6 – 4 to 6 pax, situated on the first floor: 62 m2, 2 bedrooms (double bedroom with exit to the balcony, bedroom with French bed), living room with sofa bed and exit to the covered balcony (12 m2) with sea view.

Equipment in each apartment: satellite TV, DVD, floor tiles, laminate flooring, air conditioning with heating-cooling function, kitchen equipment – electric plates, oven, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer.

*Prices indicated in the pricelist are valid for the number of people indicated in brackets. Each apartment has extra beds and accommodates a larger group of persons and the surcharge for additional guests (adults) in an apartment is 5 Euro/person/day.

Payment conditions: 20% upon reservation and 80% one month prior to arrival.

Price includes: apartment rental, use of all facilities, bed linen, towels, final cleaning.

Baby cot and washing machine are available upon request.

Extra: tourist tax – up to 1 Euro/person/day
