Apartments Matea are situated in the centre of Sipanska Luka, at only 100 m distance from the sea and nearest beach. Sipanska Luka is a small place on the island of Sipan, which is the biggest of the Elafiti islands, at 18 km distance from Dubrovnik and 30 km from the airport Cilipi. Situated on a tranquil island, apartments Matea offer complete relaxation to all its guests far away from the city noise and tourist crowds.
The two newly furnished 3 stars apartments Matea are situated in a family house (130 m2) on a private property (250 m2). Each apartment (65 m2) has two double bedrooms, one bathroom, spacious and fully equipped kitchen (water heater, oven, refrigerator), dining and living room with exit to the balcony. 4 persons can sleep comfortably in the bedrooms and two additional persons (paid extra) on the pull out sofa in the living room. In front of the house there is a common sun shaded terrace with furniture and barbeque. Placed in the centre of Sipanska Luka, apartments Matea are only 100 m away from some grocery stores, market with rich offer of local products, hotel, restaurants, coffee bars and taverns.
