Apartments Villa Gradina
Apartments Villa Gradina are placed on a private property directly by the sea on the island of Korcula and they are the ideal place for a quiet escape from everyday noise. Villa consists of 3 apartments and has a big garden with pool and sun lounges, shower, sunshades and a private beach with shaded sun deck. The private beach is partially made of concrete and partially of pebble and there are concrete stairs for easier access to the sea. The apartments are surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden, and behind them is an olive yard. A parking lot for the apartment’s guests is by the road (100 m from the house). Villa Gradina is placed in the tranquil bay of Gradina, at 5 km distance from Vela Luka, where you will find the grocery store, post office as well as other necessary facilities.
There are two houses on this property. The first, bigger house consists of two apartments, each on one house floor, and the smaller house is a separate unit which consists of one apartment. The two houses accommodate comfortably up to 13 persons (10 +3 on extra beds).
Apartment Lavanda (80 m2) is placed on the first floor of the bigger house and it consists of two double bedrooms. One of the rooms has also a small toilet and there is another one bathroom with shower in the apartment. There is also a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker), dining room and living room with air conditioning, satellite TV and folding couch which can be used as an extra bed for one additional person or child. The apartment has also a balcony/terrace with seating.
Apartment Amfora (80 m2) is situated on the second floor of the bigger house and it has two double bedrooms. One room has its private toilet and balcony with furniture and sea view. There is another one bathroom with shower in the apartment, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker), dining room and living room with air conditioning, satellite TV, folding couch which can be used as an additional bed for one extra person or child.
Apartment Ruzmarin (40 m2) is placed in the detached house, separated from the first two apartments. In front of the apartment there is a terrace with furniture (also 40 m2) and on the other side there is a terrace with barbeque. The apartment consists of one double bedroom, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher) and living room with satellite TV. The apartment is air conditioned and it accommodates up to 3 persons.
The outdoor area – garden, pool, terrace with barbeque – is at the disposal of all guests on the property.
