Apartments Vicko
Apartment villa Vicko is located in the centre of picturesque village Sumartin on island Brac near Split. This traditional Dalmatian stone house that was completely renovated in 2009 is actually right by the sea and close to the shops, coffee bars and restaurants. It consists of two studio apartments (upper floor) and one ground floor apartment, but to protect guests' peace and privacy, it can only be reserved as a complete unit with garden and pool.
The interiors are tastefully designed and the apartments are equipped with all you might need during a stay. Both studio apartments have double bedroom, bathroom with shower unit and kitchen with sitting room (sofa with extra bed for one person). The ground floor apartment consists of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room and an additional room with two extra beds. Apartments share the terrace with summer kitchen and BBQ area, garden, private swimming pool with sea view, outdoor shower and parking.
Equipment in each apartment: washing machine, air conditioning, heating, TV, internet access, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, mixer, baby cot available upon request.
Apartment Vicko is ideal for families with children or groups of friends who want to spend time together while enjoying the natural beauties and sea activities on island Brac. Those who prefer more entertainment and activity can easily visit Bol which has a lively nightlife and plenty of sporting activities.

Payment conditions: 40% upon reservation and 60% one month prior to arrival.
Price includes: daily rent, electricity, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, garden and pool maintenance, tourist tax.
Extra payment: security deposit – 250 Euro.
